About four years ago, I decided that I would like to retire in Arizona.  I didn’t want Phoenix too hot there.  So, I decided to look in the Prescott area.  As it happened Code of The West Realty contacted me.  Cathy Urgitus would be my agent.  I explained that I was looking in the area and I wasn’t ready to buy at that time and it would be awhile before I was.  She sent me the MLS everyday.  In the meantime, I met the love of my life, we got married, sold my mobile home and now had the money to seriously look.  My wife and I would look at properties and would contact Cathy to set up appointments to look them.  We live in San Pedro, CA, so we would load up the car, leave at 2:00 am, go look and drive back.

What a whirlwind two weeks, it was from when we first met Cathy Urgitus to when we closed on our condo in Prescott, AZ.

Having known the caliber of work ethics that Cathy Urgitus portrayed and the wide range of knowledge she had in handling the title searches and closing of previous properties of ours during her longevity with a previous title company in Arizona, there was no question when we heard she was entering the real estate field, that we were going to list our Dewey residential-rental property with her.
