About
Cathy Urgitus
Realtor®
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, my father always told me you need a creed—a code to live by. Rooted in the Cowboy way of life, those values I was raised on continue to guide how I serve my clients and do business today. Your best interest always comes first, and helping you achieve the American dream through honesty, integrity, and the Golden Rule is at the heart of everything I do.
Real estate was a natural calling for me, shaped by a lifetime surrounded by a family of builders, contractors, interior decorators, and personally, hands-on work. That foundation, paired with decades of experience in property management, escrow, working alongside local developers, having my own transaction coordinating company—from Phoenix to the Prescott area—gives me a well-rounded perspective. From first homes to lifelong dreams, my mission is simple: Giving 110% is not just a cliché’ for me, by a way of life, a way of doing business. I was told that to be an excellent real estate agent; you had to be a great salesperson. What I’ve discovered is that selling real estate is secondary to serving clients the way you would want to be served. That commitment takes top priority.
You will discover that I truly take the time to listen and understand my clients so you only spend time looking at homes that fit your needs, helping you find the right home quickly and at the price you want to pay. 98% of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients—what I like to call the “Cathy circle.” Friends sending friends, family referring family, and even clients referring people that they meet out and about. The greatest thank-you I can receive is a referral from a satisfied client.
I believe in continued education and growth. My passion to stay committed to ongoing education and keeping up with the industry’s ever-changing landscape. I’ve earned my ABR and RENE designations to ensure I’m always delivering the best real estate experience possible.
Passion, perseverance, and going the extra mile are what I bring to the table for you each and every time.
After I moved to Prescott from the Phoenix area in 1985, I met and married my husband, Jeff in 1990, a local boy. Pictured with me are my heart and soul, Zoie and Haven, my (2) two Cavapoo’s—you’ll often see them by my side. They are great assistants!
Let’s start your journey-right here, right now-in beautiful Arizona.
